People tend to put their old phones into a drawer after one or two years. Because most of the batteries will wear out in 300 charge cycles. I have personally faced this problem. It is a really big issue when it comes to customers. Sealed phone design again makes it difficult and forces the user to buy a new one rather than repairing themself.

My Old gen SE is still with me happily after 2 battery replacements. There are few things you need to consider when choosing the right battery and the seller. Check the following facts,

• Always check the seller's rating; First check the recent ratings, Also check the worst rating. This will give you a rough idea.
• Check the number of orders they have shipped. This is also a good indicator.
• Most batteries come with a repairing kit, that will ease your job. Otherwise, you need to buy a screwdriver set and the adhesive strips. Apple has a proprietary screw; you may need a pentalobe driver. Also, A tweezer would be very helpful. Connecting ribbon cables are a bit difficult to do with the bare hand.
